Australian Turkish Friendship Memorial Sculpture marks the ANZAC Centenary

The Australian Turkish Friendship Memorial Sculpture, Seeds of Friendship, was officially opened on Monday, April 13, 2015. The ceremony marked the completion of Matthew Harding’s ANZAC Centenary artwork and the culmination of a five year long collaboration between the artist; Tectura Architects as the project convenors; and the Victorian and the Turkish Sub Branch of the RSL. The community-driven nature and socially cohesive objectives of the project was recently recognised at the Premier's Design Awards were it was selected as a finalist in two categories.

Egyptian Consulate Residence Refurbishment

Due to start construction in August 2015, the 1.2 million dollar refurbishment of the Egyptian Consulate in Brighton is a much needed restoration of a classic residence. The two storey building will undergo extensive internal, external and landscaping works that will include new staff quarters and multi-use function areas which better support the scope of the ambassador’s role and responsibilities.
