The revitalisation and enhancement of Weeden Heights Primary School centred on an extensive refurbishment of the existing administration wing , alongside upgrades to the amenities across the school, complemented by the addition of a newly landscaped courtyard.

 

Within the administration wing, a fresh internal layout was provided to accentuate functional connections among the Reception, Business Manager, First Aid, Records Office, and Principal's Office. Notably, the redesigned thoughtfully situates the conference space to the north, facilitating seamless access to internal breakout zones and courtyard.

The landscaped courtyard has been developed and guided by collaborative input from the school community. Its design addresses the level change between buildings by providing bleacher style seating, the courtyard now encompasses multiple gathering areas serving a dual purpose as an outdoor learning space.
